Follow these 3 Steps to apply for HSM Student Leadership.
- Download our Student Leadership Packet. Read it to learn why and how we do what we do and what the commitment is to be a student leader.
- Fill out the online Student Leadership Application.
- Look for an email from Eric or Courtney with instructions to setup a 30-minute interview.
Note: Interviews will take place from September 18 – October 5, 2017.
*To be a 2017-2018 Student Leader in HSM, you must submit your online application by Wednesday, September 13 by 11:59pm.

- Download and fill out our Adult Leader Application. Then email it to Eric or bring it to the Purpose Church office.
- Email Eric or Courtney to setup an interview.
